These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZiOrt products and services operated by Ziort Technologies Pvt Ltd ("ZiOrt"). By creating an account or using any ZiOrt product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts under applicable law. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ziort.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
ZiOrt products may be used for lawful business purposes only. You may not use our services to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access without written authorisation from ZiOrt is prohibited.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
All ZiOrt products include a 90-day full-featured free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Free-plan limits are clearly communicated within each product. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
5. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@ziort.com within 7 days of the charge.
6. Your Data
All business data you create within ZiOrt products remains your property. ZiOrt does not claim ownership of your data. We process it solely to deliver the services you have subscribed to, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The ZiOrt name, logo, product names, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Ziort Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. ZiOrt is not liable for losses resulting from downtime or disruptions caused by factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZiOrt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services — including loss of revenue or business data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. ZiOrt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export before permanent deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
